Return and Refund Policy

At Brexon, we specialize in high-quality scale models. Because our products involve delicate precision parts, we maintain the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Returns

• Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, the model must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

• Packaging Responsibility: The customer is strictly responsible for the secure packaging of the return. This includes ensuring all fragile parts are adequately protected. The return will only be accepted and processed if the item reaches us safely and undamaged.

• Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been customized, painted, or modified by the customer cannot be returned.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Since scale models are fragile, if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.

• We will evaluate the issue and provide a replacement or a repair part at no additional cost.

• Photographic evidence of the damage and the shipping box is required for all claims.

3. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. Refunds

• Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved based on the condition of the model upon arrival.

• Approval: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

• Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

To cancel an order, you must email info@brexon.net.

• Orders for standard models can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

• After 24 hours, the production process may have begun, and a restocking fee may apply.
